Good luck Photon ! Having a good rest sounds an excellent idea. Stay away from stress as much as you can. This place hasn't been the same without you.

Thanks Rumpy,

Avoiding stress is not easy in my life at present,

but I'm doing my best to remain as calm as possible.   8)

All the best, Photon.  As Rumpy said, plenty of rest is what you need, so don't feel guilty about taking the time off work if required.  The specialist will give you good advice on what to do, when you meet him/her on Friday.  Take care, mate.

Hi Photon, I echo everything that's been written above. You are in my thoughts and I wish you the very best recovery as soon as possible but it does take time, so please try to relax and just take one day at a time to enjoy each little improvement.
