It was always  obvious that she was only in politics for what she could get out of it.

I'm looking forward to the show though.

She does not seem to be a team player. She's just in the game for the power and the money.

What are the odds that we'll see footage of Tinfoil Roberts fawning over his glorious leader?

Get ready to feel nauseous.

I would have thought that since Brian Cox is in town Q&A could arrange a repeat performance with him and tinfoil.

Doesn't look like it though.

Hayaan Hirsti Ali is good value though.

I think that Brian Cox has seen enough of Tinfoil to last him a life time!

The guest list for tonight's Q&A is impressive:

In a backdrop to this, anti Islam commentator Aayan Hirsi Ali was origially scheduled to appear on Q&A, but security concerns have forced her to cancel her entire visit to Australia as well as her Q&A appearance.

Islam, the religion of peace and tolerance. Yes, well.

It's a shame Q&A couldn't have her appear via video link, that would be just as interesting.

I remember reading a comment by Brian Cox a few days ago who said that Q&A is a "bit of a pantomine" because there is not enough time for proper debate of issues to occur. So I'm not surprised he is not one of the uest panellists tonight.

The great shame about this Four Corners story on One Nation is that many "battlers" who vote for Hanson's motley crew do not watch the ABC.

Hanson & Ashby will continue to deceive these people for a bit longer until the word gets around.

Series 3 of Sherlock starts on ABC on Thursday at 8:30pm.

About bloody time !   :P

http://www.abc.net.au/tv/programs/sherlock/#/episode/ZW0550A001S00

I'm just watching Series 4 of Sherlock on DVD. It's brilliant.

If it has appeared on TV anywhere I must have missed it, but it's essential viewing for Sherlock fans imo.

Looking for something different to watch on Saturday night?

Try the IQ2 debate “Political correctness has failed itself.“

Its on ABC News 24 at 9pm tonight.

In this IQ2 debate from Sydney, panellists Chris Kenny, Jacinta Price, Tasneem Chopra and Mikey Robbins argue the proposition.

It's been years since I last saw Mikey Robbins on the telly.    :)

Also providing interesting viewing tonight is Q&A featuring:

Minister for Communications Mitch Fifield; Shadow Minister for Foreign Affairs Penny Wong; author Nikki Gemmell; Ethicist Margaret Somerville & British political singer-songwriter Billy Bragg.

It's out of season but if you want an alternative to Rove's Whovians show, you can try the

Grantchester: Christmas Special on ABC TV at 8:30am.

It hasn't received much publicity so I assume that it is a bit ordinary.
